A Trip Down Memory Lane!

So I just read Steph's blog and it totally made me think of old time so here it is::

I remember one time when me and Joce found our Christmas present in mom and dad's bathroom so when christmas morning came we tried to act surprised but obviously failed as we got in trouble. ha. i remember when we use to "sneak" to the kitchen to get a piece of bread after bedtime cuz we were hungry (prob from not eatin din. ha.) i remember how we use to play house and school like every day and i was always the teacher. i remember how we use to go with grandma to the park allll the time and have a blast there. i remember playing dressup at grandmas. i remember going swimming at grandmas and always putting on some sort of a show. i remember before grandma had a pool and michaela would come visit, we would pretend teh grass was a pool and play mermaids. ha. i remember one time when i stayed the night at grandma's and eryn and michaela were down; we had pancakes (or was it waffles?) and the syrup had ants floating around in it. ha. I remember going down to Kansas and playing Barbies all night long with Michaela. i remember one night we went to sonic or something where they had a playground and all of a sudden it got all stormy and so we all went back to Michaela's and me and Michaela thought there was going to be a tornado so we slept in the basement that night. I remember one time sleeping outside in Nebraska and waking up to the sound of a train like super early in the morning. I remember at Grandma and Grandpa norton's house when Bee would always end up having a black eye. ha. I remember playing dress up there and running around in the backyard. I remember one time waking up and thinking it was breakfast time when really it was lunch. ha. I remember one time when we went swimming and Michaela hit her head on the side. I was so sad she had to leave me. I remember at Grandma and Grandpa Norton's anniversary party when Michaela asked me if I had met Linda yet and I said no. She told me she was like the nicest person ever and so I immediately liked her just because my cousin said that. ha. I remember when Tober was a puppy and she wouldn't stop licking me. I remember when I was bored one time (cuz hello i'm like the oldest grandkid) so i just laid there petting Tobe the whole time. I remember me and Michaela always picking on Brad and Kevin of course. I remember always going shopping with grandma Rosie on my special night and then coming back to her house to play a game until we were both too tired to even know what was going on. I remember always going to Disneyland and it being a tradition to go on It's a Small World and Dumbo. I remember Daisies and Brownies and how i never wanted to go because I thought Francis was mean cuz she always yelled but my mom would always say that she just had a loud voice. haha. I remember the baby doll that ate cherries off the spoon and how cool i thought it was that we could do that too! I remember one time when Kevin came down to visit in like December and he thought it was SO hot so he jumped in the freezing cold pool and I thought he was totally crazy. I think that was the same night he became the Bop It champ. ha. I remember Grandma always turning on music and we'd all start dancing and having a blast. I remember when we all found out mom was going to have a boy (Jacob) and so we all got big sister shirts (mine the biggest, joce the bigger, and bry the big sis. ha) I remember how mom always use to make me wear those pants with the foot things that go like under your feet. I remember how much I hated them but she made me wear them. I remember how Jake use to loveee Blackie and he'd always pull on his tale or whatever but Blackie didn't seem to care. I remember how I always thought that Blackie ran away back to our old house cuz he didn't know how to get back to our new house. ha. I remember how when we first moved into our new house i would always sit in my room and do my hw just because i had my own room to do my hw in. That sure wore off fast. ha. I remember how i thought changing schools was the worse thing that could possibly happen. Now i realize what a blessing it truly was! I remember how we would always go to model homes and fight over who's room was who's. ha. I remember how i was so excited that i would get the "bus room" in our new house cuz i thought it would be decorated just like the model home. ha. I remember how me and Jocelyn were flower girls at Shelley and Brad's wedding but Joce totally bailed on me and I had to go down the isle by myself. ha. I remember how Jody made our flower girl dresses and I thought it was the most incredible thing that she MADE THEM. I remember always going to Encanto Park and the Dragon ride was ALWAYS my favorite. I remember my one of my bday parties (however old i was then..) and how i got my new bike and while i was riding grandma judy found some pokemon cards on the ground. i thought it was the luckiest day of my life! I remember in first grade when our whole class was bad so we all got a yellow apple and i was so disappointed even tho i didn't do anything. I remember New Years one time when we spent it with the Reyes' and me and Lo put on a show to the Rugrats song. I remember how we ALWAYS put on shows. I remember playing with Robert and Matt(? i have no clue.. don't remember his name. ha. AKA Molly's kids!) I remember going over to molly's when she would babysit us and I remember complaining to Joce how we had to take a nap! I remember how Molly would always clean and play her music and that's how I knew the Macarena. I remember always playing tag with Mike, Elizabeth and Michelle. I remember walking home from school with Brit and we would always get a Vanilla Coke from Mr. Hernandez. I remember one time we poured a Lemonade Capri Sun on the asphault and it was there FOREVER. I remember we would always play horses at her house and that's how I really got into the horses. ha. I remember always going to the bookfairs and wanting something just because it was the bookfair. I remember the haunted mansion ride at disneyland and i was always afraid of the ghosts in the mirror (you know the ones that sit in between you?) Well I was always in the middle so they would sit ON me! I was always afraid of the begining when the room grows and then the lights go out. Now it's funny cuz I was with Ry when that happened and he was holding onto me for dear life just like I'm sure I was doing to my daddy. I remember watching the end of goosebumps one night thinking it was over when the wearwolf jumped out and scared me to death. I started crying and got to watch Scooby Doo in mom and dad's room. I remember how me, Joce and Bry would always do flips off the top bunk. I remember me and Joce always pulling bee's hair whenev she would lean over the edge. (ha. i know. mean sisters. ha.) I remember always lifting the top bunk up. ha. I remember always going to Apple Annie's or w/e that place was called that we'd always get our beanie babies from. i remember the day i got tracker and how he's been my best friend ever since. ha. I remember how his ears use to smell like apples just like that store did. I remember how when I was upset he'd be the one that I'd always talk to ( i know. i'm crazy. ha.) i remember my baptism and how silly i felt in that white suit thing. I remember how grandma rosie sent me a corsage and i thought it was the most beautiful thing and how much that really meant to me. i remember getting my scriptures and how cool i thought i was cuz i had my own pair. I remember getting my journal and making a deal with michelle that whoever finishes theirs first gets to get the other person ice cream. of course she won.. it took me at least 3 years to finish that journal. I still owe her ice cream. ha. I remember my first entry and how i wrote about how i got to sit up on the stand with the bishop. i thought i was the luckiest girl in the world. now i realize sitting up on the stand isn't that great.. most of the time it means you're giving a talk! ha.. i remember my first mutual in yw's and how i went with Zhyra and Britney and how Sis. Breinholt did a freezeout in her car. (it was end of october.. kinda cold when all the windows are down and you don't have a jacket on!) I remember kindergarten graduation at the Chandler Center For the Performing Arts and how I thought it was the BIGGEST most important place ever! I remember how much of a big deal the graduation was and now they hardly have a kindergarten grad (well at least at Higley..) I remember the first time lauren slept over and we put on shania twain and we were dancing on top of the table. i remember how the only thing i use to listen to was shania twain. i remember how i thought she was married to tim mcgraw and then i was super upset when i found out tim was married to faith. ha. i remember one time when i wanted to write to faith hill and the dixie chicks and tell them how much i loved them thinking that they would reply. i remember i was so mad when joce wrote one to faith hill too. i remember how joce got a catalog thing back from faith and i got nothing from her or the dixie chicks. ha. I remember all the camping trips we went on. How I'd always sleep in grandma and grandpa's tent. I remember the one time we went with Theresa and it was FREEZING and storming and we were all cuddled together trying to stay warm. And of course it was the same spot where Theresa had seen a bear so i was TERRIFIED one was going to get me! I remember how Theresa came in our tent and asked if anyone wanted to sleep in the warm car with her. I was the only one that went and that was probably one of the smartest decisions of my life. ha. I remember one time when we all went to the library and Joce forgot to check out her book but the security things didn't go off when we walked out. Instead they went off when mom walked back in with the book to go check it out. ha. I remember how Jenny would always call Joce her Pooh Bear and we all knew Bry was Tigger. So I decided to be Piglet. Never stuck. ha. I remember how we played Piggly Wiggly at my birthday party and Lauren called it Piggly Wiggly on Higley Road since we had just moved into our house on Higley. ha. I remember how Michelle was there and told everyone that her and mom WEREN'T twins but no one believed her yet she still kept saying that.
I remember when I would spend the night at Grandma Judy's house in Florence and she would always sing You Are My Sunshine to me and how we would always tickle each other and talk and talk and we'd push each other out of the bed. I remember how once I slept over at Michelle's and Daryll hit me in the head with a ball or something and I started crying and Angela totally yelled at him. ha. I remember me and Tanner having Lego Wars.. literally.. throwing Legos at each other. haha. I remember riding home in Jenny's jeep once (mom FINALLY had let me.. I wanted to for like ever.) But then like regretting it cuz I was so cold! ha. I remember singing karoke in Michelle's cabinet thing.. for some reason that was just a ton of fun. ha. I remember playing in the sprinklers at grandma judy's and playing in those cheap plastic pools but it was always fun. I remember walking home with grandma judy and being amazed by the stars cuz i could actually see them! I remember riding in the car with grandma judy and always asking her to tell me a scripture story. she always could tell them the best! I remember going to clean the church building one saturday with Michelle and Tanner and I thought it was so fun and they both thought I was crazy and needed to get out more! I remember how i always wanted to be like Heidi. I thought she was so pretty and fun and had an amazing voice! I remember once Halloween in florence when Shawn and Heidi were Fred and Wilma and I thought it was so cool! I remember how Tanner use to always call Michelle Wilma and it drove me CRAZY! ha. I remember one time when we went to Taylor and we left the crayons in the backseat and they melted! ha. Oh man those were the days. It's sad to think that I'm not a little kid anymore. I truly wish I was and that I didn't have to grow up. But I guess we all do. And of course it's fun to look back at all those memories and the good times we've had but now I'm making new memories. I already have so many just from this past year! Like this past weekend! That was seriously one of the best times I've ever had at Sonic! Or going to Cali in June. WHAT A BLAST! That house was so fun. And me and Ry goofing around with my camera. And of course waiting in line for splash mountain certainly was fun :P And then Colorado in July. Me and Karooroo taking pics and dancing and being silly at that Ranch place! And me and grandma laughing our heads off at Gayco! haha. And me and steph making our you belong with me vid. And then FISSBOOK! ha. And then working at UPS with Clayton and everyone else of course. when jonas bros came on and it was just me and brooke so we turned it ALL the way up and had a dance party! ha. and the same guy who always came in and was like DO YOU LIVE HERE OR WHAT?!?! haha. i practically did. and of course all the fun me and Kc have had. Playing hide and go seek in power ranch in the car. ha. and then me and Ashley getting yelled at by everyone to stop talking while watching wall-e at taylor's ha. and of course allll the times i went ice skating! Me and Taylor trying to dance to Come on get higher on ice skates.. not as easy as it sounds. and then us all teaching Lauren how to skate and not be scared of falling when I of course fell and it TOTALLY hurt and she FREAKED out but I was just like nope i'm fine!! And then going skating with Russell and him making me totally fall and hurt myself.. couldn't walk w/o limping for like a week! ha. But it was fun and I couldn't stop laughing! And then at Kc's bday party.. sitting on the trampoline w/ash, ari, and taylor. HA. SO freakin fun! PRAY! SIN! SNAKE/SWAN! SPIRIT FINGERS!!!! hahahaha. And then Ari.. MALTOMEAL! PORRIDGE!! TRIX!!! haha and then Russell ATTACKING me with Reese's Pieces and Popcorn! ha. So fun! and me and jake, day and bee making our videos. I'm pretty sure nothing gets crazier than us! well maybe ashley mitchell is. haha. love her. and that reminds me about her bday party. SO fun. ha. and i actually ended up falling down the stairs.. literally. it hurt but it was the funniest thing. ha. oh and TAYLOR SWIFT's concert :) Best thing of my life. If you're a t.swift fan.. SEE HER IN CONCERT!! She is ABSOLUTELY amazing!! oh and then me and kt and her gma going thru the wendy's drive thru at midnight.. No wonder they don't consider themselves fast food! hahahaha. And then me and kt having an m&m fight in the dark haha or that time when I was playing cards with Grandma Judy and Jordan and the guy I liked called and I got so excited I seriously almost screamed and they were just laughing their heads off. hahaha. I've seriously had some pretty good times and I'm glad I just spent like 3 hours writing these all down so I can go back and look at them! :)
